The Ranger 22 begins it's life as a precision machined aluminum receiver that features dual opposing steel locking lugs. The action is then precisely fitted to a proprietary carbon fiber tension rimfire barrel in addition to a 22 LR Bentz match chamber that ensures maximum performance.
Christensen Arms kept modularity in mind when designing the Ranger 22, a feature we can all greatly appreciate. They incorporated a 0 MOA Picatinny rail along with standard sling swivels, allowing you to mount virtually anything you want. In addition, Christensen outfitted the Ranger 22 with the readily-available Ruger 10/22 magazines for improved reliability and performance.
The flagship feature of the Ranger 22 surprisingly is not it's impeccable accuracy, but weight. By utilizing a carbon fiber composite stock and carbon fiber wrapped barrel, the Ranger 22 weighs in a just 5.1 pounds. It's the perfect companion for kids or anyone looking to go on long treks.
